We are seeking a
Senior BIM Engineer
to join our Life Science team in Cork.
The BIM Engineer will play a key role within the Digital Project Delivery (DPD) team, supporting project teams with developing, managing, and delivering multi-disciplinary BIM standards & digital strategy.
As a BIM Engineer, you will provide technical expertise and leadership to implement, develop, and manage a successful BIM process from pre-contract through project delivery and handover.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Cork.

Responsibilities:
Support the pre-construction team with reviewing tender documents (including Works Information, EIR, etc.) to identify clients' BIM and digital requirements.
Provide technical review of 3D BIM models received at tender stage for federation, engineering checks, clash detection, logistics, and cost management.
Support the production and delivery of project BEP, MIDP, MPDT, and ensure all stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities.
Work with the planning team to develop, coordinate, and deliver 4D BIM models.
Develop and coordinate visualizations and interactive 3D models.
Lead the DPD kickoff meeting with the project management team to review and finalize the DPD strategy.
Support and mentor BIM Engineers as required.
Experience working on multi-disciplinary projects with BIM Level 2 requirements.
Proficiency in BIM documentation is crucial.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working with MS Office.
Degree qualified in construction, computing, or a related discipline.
Experience with Navisworks, Lumion, and other rendering software is preferred.
