Overview
Susquehanna's technology teams develop some of the most powerful trading systems in the world.
As a Software Development Graduate, you will work closely with senior technologists from the start, who will serve as your mentors throughout the programme.
Your role will involve collaborating with development teams to build cutting-edge technologies.
You will work alongside Software Developers focused on creating a stable, scalable, and optimized environment with minimized risk.
Our team of analysts, developers, infrastructure engineers, and support specialists design, deliver, and optimize industry-leading technical solutions capable of processing large data volumes with high performance and stability.

What we're looking for
You must be a final-year student in a STEM-related bachelor's or master's degree.
Prior experience in finance or trading is not necessary.
You have strong software development skills in any object-oriented language (primarily C#, C++, and Python).
You also understand algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design patterns.
