Engineering Supervisor County Cavan Full-time | Permanent Continental Shift Pattern (2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights) Attractive Salary + Benefits Package Vickerstock are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading Food Manufacturing client, renowned for continuous innovation and investment in their processes and products.
We are currently seeking an Engineering Supervisor to join their state-of-the-art facility in County Cavan.
As Engineering Supervisor, you will oversee all engineering operations on shift, balancing team motivation with the implementation of management initiatives.
Leading a team of skilled engineers and apprentices, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of all production departments.
You will also be responsible for delivering engineering KPIs, targets, and plans in line with business objectives.
What you'll need: 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment (food industry preferred, not essential) Strong diagnostic skills with hands-on electrical and mechanical expertise Previous supervisory experience is preferred but we are also open to senior engineers ready to take the next step in their career Shift Pattern: 2 weeks days (7am - 7pm) / 2 weeks nights (7pm - 7am) 1 weekend on / 1 weekend off In return, you'll receive: Competitive salary (details at application stage) Overtime opportunities 23 days annual leave + public holidays Pension scheme Death in service benefit If this sounds like the career move you've been after and would like to hear more, pick up the phone to Sophie now on or send an updated CV - in Word format - via the link on the page (or email).
