Competition & Antitrust Solicitor
We are hiring for our client, a leading Dublin commercial team, seeking an
Associate to join their Competition & Antitrust team
.
This role is ideal for solicitors looking to take the next step in their career, working on
high-profile, complex competition matters
across multiple sectors, including technology, finance, and public procurement.
Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of competition and antitrust work, including merger control, competition investigations, compliance, State aid, and disputes.
Work on foreign investment screening and public procurement matters, both contentious and non-contentious.
Collaborate with colleagues across the commercial team on high-value, complex cases.
Qualifications
2+ years PQE in competition law.
Experience in a large corporate law firm.
Excellent drafting, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and ability to manage workload effectively.
Experience in public procurement and/or foreign direct investment highly desirable but not essential.
