Site Manager / Foreman General & Finishing (RC Frame) Locations: Dublin & Midlands (Longford etc.) Sectors: Residential, Commercial & Pharmaceutical We seek both General Site Managers/Foremen (RC frame experienced) and Finishing Site Managers/Foremen to lead dynamic projects across Dublin and the Midlands.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, working on projects in sectors such as Pharma, Life Sciences, Data Centres, or Industrial, and a strong knowledge of finishing on similar projects.
Essential to have internal fit out experience, ideally clean room construction but this is not essential.
Experience liaising with Design teams is essential Health and Safety Key responsibilities Day-to-day management, coordination, and monitoring of the site labour force and specialist subcontractors Assist the project team in monitoring progress to meet agreed programme targets Ensure works are delivered to the highest possible quality standards Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times Work closely with the supply chain and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships and a strong site culture Requirements 5+ years site management experience Previous main contractor experience; ideally large-scale structural, external, and groundworks on commercial, mixed-use, residential, pharmaceutical, or data centre projects Third-level qualification or trades background (excellent knowledge of trades) IT skills proficiency in Microsoft software Excellent delegation and organisational skills Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively Package Competitive salary Company vehicle or travel allowance Relocation allowance (where applicable) and more
