Store Manager MD Burns & Co Ltd are looking to recruit a Store Manager for One of our busy Retail Stores, More 4 Less located in Northside Dublin.
Guaranteed 12 Months contract with the possibility of it being a full time permanent position with the opportunity for promotion throughout the business.
Work authorisation:Ireland (required) Work Location: In person Requirements / Responsibilities Ideally, the candidate will have experience in a retail store or in a similar working environment.
Minimum 3 years experience as a store Manager.
Maintain an excellent product display.
Demonstrate top-quality customer service.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ensure housekeeping in the store is maintained at an optimum level.
To develop your colleagues to the most efficient levels possible and delegate responsibilities to them in specific areas of the store.
Adherence to all company policies & procedures, Health & Safety procedures and reporting of any hazards to the Area Manager.
