Dublin.Shift Pattern:6am-2pm/2pm-10pm/10pm-6am You will be expected to work all of the above shifts, rostered any 5 over 7, including weekends and nights depending on business requirements.
There is a night premium and Sunday premium.Purpose of the RoleLeadership and management of the production line team members to achieve our business goals and objectives on a continuous basis and always seeking and implementing ways to improve, promoting Teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration.Main ResponsibilitiesKeep the workplace and work practise safe, clean and hygienicComply with Health and Safety standards Sustain compliance standards (Team/Machine/Environment), for all Daily and customer AuditsService the customer with DOT and No ShortsOverall Equipment Efficiency - Drive Machine up-timeAchieve efficiency targets for line and teamExcellent communication with team to understand goals and targets on a continuous basis.Coaching and development of Line Team membersDrive performance of the team and line to maximise efficiencyKBSII & OEE System useSkills & Experience RequiredPrevious experience as a Team Leader in a food (or similar) production environmentStrong organization skillsExcellent communication skillsFluency in English (written and verbal)Familiar with Microsoft OfficeGood standard of numeracyAbility to prioritize and multitask
