Job Title: Personal Lines Account Executive Location: Dublin (multiple locations) and Ireland (Nationwide) Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Salary: Competitive (based on experience) About:Seeking to advance your career in the insurance sector?
Due to country-wide expansion, a leading player in the Irish insurance market is hiring Personal Lines Executives to join their growing team.
This is a fast-paced, dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment, is passionate about delivering top-tier service, and is motivated by hitting and exceeding targets.
The Role: what does the job involve?
:Sales Management: Handle policy renewals, mid-term alterations, and claims across all Personal Lines products (e.g. motor, home insurance).
Cross-sell and up-sell insurance solutions to meet customer needs.
Meet individual and team targets for sales, retention, and compliance.Customer Relationship Management: Manage a personal portfolio of clients, ensuring queries and requests are handled professionally and efficiently.
Deliver a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in every interaction.
Respond promptly to internal and external communications.Team Collaboration: Foster positive working relationships across departments and contribute to a high-performing team culture by supporting collective targets and objectives.
The Candidate:APA (Accredited Product Advisor) required or in progress, CIP desirable.Experience in a fast-paced sales/customer service environment.Excellent communicator with strong organisation, and multitasking skills.Flexible, adaptable, and open to continuous change.
