STORE PERSON Whelan Plant Sales are recruiting for a suitable store person to join our team. This role will be based in Barefield, Ennis, Co. Clare. It will involve serving customers, packing orders and dealing with suppliers. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Read parts catalogue and determine the correct parts required • Take customer orders and fill them from stock • Take delivery of stock • To be able to deal with customers over the phone and at counter sales level • Stock taking and general store work • Labelling / packaging • Dealing with suppliers • Restocking of high moving lines and management of consumables • Maintain a tidy and safe working environment KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Previous experience in a busy stores department is advantageous • Forklift driving experience • High level of enthusiasm and motivation and the ability to take input from others and meet tight schedules • IT and administration skills needed • Work well under pressure • Experience of construction or agricultural machinery An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate Flexible on hours for the right candidate
