What we’re looking for

Education: University Degree in an applied science, commerce, or engineering field.

Qualifications:

Experience in managing the ISO 9001 quality management system. Good written and oral communication skills in English.

Knowledge, Skills:

Proven experience as Quality Manager in an ISO 9001 Certified Organisation and/or with GDP Guidelines for medicinal products. Demonstrated experience working with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers. Able to make & drive decisions and take responsibility for outcomes. Able to handle disagreement, value other’s opinions, and foster team spirit. Ability to cultivate teamwork and collaborate across internal functions within a matrix structure. Able to analyze and present quality-related data with the help of analytical tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI, Tableau).

How you will thrive and create an impact

Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain a plan to keep the company’s quality systems and policies in compliance with quality management system requirements and central and global quality systems and policies. Maintenance of Quality Management System compliant with GDP regulations Set up and maintain controls and documented procedures including defining and agreeing operating procedures in conjunction with relevant operational leaders. Identify relevant quality-related training needs and deliver training. Implement and maintain an internal audit plan, and coordinate and perform audits based on the internal audit plan. Ensure corrective and preventive actions relating to internal audit findings and customer complaints are completed and effectiveness evaluated. Manage resolution of customer complaints, including liaising with customers and suppliers to complete SCAR reports, and creation and management of CAPA as required. Liaise with customers’ auditors and ensure the execution of corrective actions and compliance with customers’ needs. Liaise with certification body auditors and ensure the execution of corrective actions and compliance Coordinate recall actions for the local organization and provide field action feedback to European Field Action team. Coordinate responses to customer questionnaires, quality agreements, and specifications. Maintain, collate and analyse quality performance data and charts against defined parameters, including KPI’s a Tiered Daily Management system. Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization. Onboarding of new customers with respect to quality activities related to service and products supplied, including implementing solutions for internal and external customer quality-related projects.
