What will you be doing?

Ensuring the fulfilment of business requirements, including service level agreements and customer expectations. Interfacing with customers on a daily basis, addressing their needs and maintaining strong customer relationships. Managing and directing the team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance their performance. Collaborating with the manager on people-related matters and actively participating in performance reviews. Maintaining excellent real-time communication with customers, colleagues, and the direct team. Ensuring strict adherence to work-related processes and procedures to maintain operational efficiency and uphold quality standards. Monitoring and recording performance parameters to identify areas for improvement and implementing appropriate measures. Producing reports as required, providing valuable insights and data analysis.

Strong communication skills: You are adept at effectively conveying information and instructions to team members and maintaining open lines of communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
