The key purpose of this role is to drive, develop and implement commercial strategies, according to overall company goals and objectives, with the clear aim of accelerating growth and increase profitability. Taking full responsibility for the sales and commercial activities and processes including, pricing, marketing, bid management, accelerating new clients’ sales and client success.

Job Responsibilities:

Business Management:

Take lead and manage the commercial activities within the country. Defining and setting go-to-market strategy and sales targets based on the overall business plan and linked to Securitas main segments, Global, Large and SME with focus on driving Solutions and high margin business. Defining and owning the SME client journey from marketing (primarily digital), lead generation, lead handling, sales, delivery and after sales. Ensuring successful growth within the SME market segment. Responsibility for national Key Accounts and GCE/Cross border clients. Responsibility for pricing, marketing and bid management. Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Solution business and communicate visions and plans to internal and external stakeholders. Establish and lead a strong Solution team including P/L ownership. Ensure excellent cooperation between, Partners Internal and External, Area, Branches, Commercial organisations, and Support functions to achieve the Solution objectives. Key responsibilities include: Business planning, target settings and performance evaluation with key stakeholders Talent management to ensure right-sized team with relevant competencies, including recruitment, dismissal, and talent development. Sales pipeline and forecasting of Solution business in country. Day-to-day management of the Solution organization Define programs and guidelines for partner and solution selection and certification supporting the go-to-market strategies, to ensure sales and delivery of well-defined solutions and efficient deliveries at improved margins. Collaborate with national and regional key stakeholders to ensure efficient execution, alignment across functions and regions, and to leverage best practices and synergies across Europe. Lead the development of the proposal, presentation, and negotiation strategy. Lead complex client business cases including negotiations. Ensuring a comprehensive data driven sales performance. Run and follow up detailed commercial performance management, ensuring targets are met. Drive the usage of Securitas commercial tools with main focus on the CRM system (CEP). Regular data driven analysis of market segments, client behaviour, profitability, etc. in order to continuously develop sales activities. Setting up a reporting structure following European and country guidelines and deriving measures to ensure business visibility. Close cooperation and coordination with relevant internal stakeholders such as Country Solutions Organization, Branches and Commercial & Solutions Europe. Monitor external market and competitor activity.

Ongoing, performance management of the employees directly reporting to the Head of Commercial. Ensuring high-quality training of new employees and further development of existing employees

Specific experience and traits (include practical experience in):

10+ years’ experience at senior level within sales and operations of service solutions, portfolio sales (value based selling) or similar experience. 10+ years’ experience in working in an international environment with clients, partners, suppliers with documented success within Commercial roles and organizations. In depth understanding of a client’s business context and business needs, through a Master in business administration, an equivalent degree or experience. A solid grasp of data analysis, financial analysis, and performance metrics Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure when required. Self-confident, empathetic approach and open to building new relationships. Comfortable dealing with senior leadership teams of clients Team player, used to working in a collaborative way to deliver high quality services. Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines. Given the pace and scale of targeted growth have the ability to demonstrate the agility and potential to grow with the business.
