Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse activities to meet operational goals. Supervise and train junior warehouse staff as needed. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and audits. Utilize SAP system for inventory management and tracking. Safely operate counterbalance and reach forklifts to move and stack goods. Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer orders and resolve any issues. Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.


Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a senior role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems, with SAP experience preferred. Valid counterbalance and reach forklift license with demonstrated competency in operating forklifts safely. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
