Kitchen Porter

Druids Glen Hotel and Golf Resort wish to recruit a kitchen porter to work within our successful kitchen Department.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this role will be a friendly with a can-do attitude. A flexible attitude towards shift work is essential as midweek and weekend work is involved.

Kitchen Porter Responsibilities:

        Cleaning of all utensils and equipment as per Health & Safety guidelines

        Cleaning all Crockery and cutlery.

        Cleaning of staff canteen as per Health & Safety guidelines

        Always adhere to Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP procedures.

        General day to day cleaning of the kitchen

        Weekly deep cleaning of kitchen areas

        Ensuring the highest level of cleanliness is followed throughout the day.

        Working as part of the Kitchen team and following instructions from management

        Ability to work efficiently and keep calm, under pressure.

Experience:

                    Previous experience is desirable for this role.
