Property & Construction Coordinator - Westmeath - Contract

The Role

My client, one of Ireland's largest brands, is seeking an experienced Property & Construction Coordinator to join their team in Mullingar., Westmeath This is a full-time, hybrid, 12-month contract position.

As the Property & Construction Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the company's property holdings.

Tasks & Duties

• Coordinate and oversee property management and construction management tasks.
• Support the Construction Manager in handling tendering and construction activities for new developments, including contract administration, appointment management, and cost/budget management for construction and capital projects.
• Aid in managing rent reviews, lease breaks, and lease terminations.
• Administer service charge payments and commercial rates payments.
• Assist the Acquisitions Manager by preparing reports and presentations for site acquisition.
• Support in the application and renewal processes for Wine/Beer/Spirit Off Licences.
• Assist with planning permission and building regulation matters.
• Facilitate property title registration and the land registration process.
• Monitor project budgets.
• Process purchase orders and invoices.
• Maintain and organise property filing systems.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

• Energetic, organised individual with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
• Demonstrates a sharp eye for accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office with a capacity to rapidly grasp and adapt to new systems.
• Capable of working methodically and efficiently to manage extensive workloads and meet deadlines.
• Approachable demeanor complemented by excellent interpersonal abilities.
• A strong ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
• A third level qualification is highly desirable.
• Candidates must currently reside locally with full working rights.
