Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced F&B Trainer to join our client’s luxurious property in Co Mayo. As an F&B Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to enhance the skills of the food and beverage staff. You will ensure the team upholds the highest standards of service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver effective training programs for food and beverage staff.
• Monitor and assess staff performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Foster a positive learning environment to motivate staff and encourage ongoing development.
• Work closely with the management team to align training initiatives with operational goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in training and service standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an F&B Trainer in a luxury property or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations.
