Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain IT strategy, policies, and systems to support the organisation's goals
  • Manage IT budget and track expenditure
  • Identify and implement upgrades, configurations, or new systems to maintain efficiency and effectiveness
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems for all employees
  • Lead various IT projects across the group to drive innovation and improvement
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure cost-efficient contracts

Qualifications and experience:

  • Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • At least 4 year's experience in an IT environment
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead and manage IT projects and teams
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
