The Team:

Our marketing team oversees all aspects of the Enfusion global demand generation engine, including digital marketing, social media, public relations, segment marketing, graphic design, and events. Our marketing efforts focus on generating and facilitating quality inbound leads, optimizing the lead generation strategy, leveraging the power of client references and testimonials, building an institutionalized and recognizable brand, and promoting direct sales.

The Role:

Enfusion’s Marketing team is looking for a creative and talented Design Consultant who is excited by the opportunity to bring our brand identity to life in new ways and build meaningful connections with key audiences through digital and print design. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will be involved in all aspects of marketing initiatives, from idea conception to the final production of all digital and printed deliverables. As a brand steward, you will be responsible for the design, execution, production, and management of a wide range of creative projects across digital and print deliverables that adhere to brand guidelines. You will work closely with Marketing team members (across content, events, social media, strategy, demand gen, and more) and external agencies to ensure the relevant details are captured and implemented in the final design execution for each channel. Motion graphics experience is not required but definitely a plus and will expand the range of projects on which you can contribute.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create a wide range of design assets and build and expand our brand to encourage meaningful engagement with target audiences. Translate brand identity across all digital, print, and video applications and develop templates to create efficiencies. 
  • Design and produce printed/digital deliverables (brochures, one-pagers, event material, website, social, digital ad campaigns, and PowerPoint presentations, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Creative Director and Marketing team members to bring projects to life and tell stories in a visually compelling way. Incorporate art direction into work.
  • Work closely with the team to develop thoughtful, innovative campaign launches with a digital-first mindset that aligns with Marketing strategy and business needs.
  • Deliver all projects fully executed within agreed deadlines and to a high-quality standard.
  • Proactively seek creative solutions and bring new ideas to the team.

What You’ll Need:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in an agency, design studio, or in-house department
  • Able to present concepts in a clear, concise manner 
  • Strong design sense with integration of color, typography, photography and illustrative graphic elements and production skills, able to work on multiple projects at a time
  • Fluent in current design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint, etc)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment
  • Comfortable creating assets from scratch and developing templates to create efficiencies
  • Understanding of Video production and best formats for specific channels
  • Familiar with graphic styles, techniques and trends
  • Willingness to experiment with different design styles across motion assets
