Key Responsibilities:

        Conduct thorough clinical assessments for ADHD and ASD.

        Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care.

        Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

        Deliver timely and satisfactory assessment reports.

        Provide therapeutic support across a range of issues in primary care and private clinic settings.

        Innovate and enhance services to promote psychological well-being.

        Communicate effectively with team members and other healthcare professionals.

        Adhere to professional competence and clinical governance principles.

        Stay updated with the latest research and CPD related to clinical work.

        Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.


Qualifications and Experience:

        A university degree or diploma in Psychology (QQI level 8 equivalent) with honours.

      A post-graduate professional psychology qualification accredited by the Psychological Society of Ireland in Clinical, Counselling, or Educational Psychology, or an equivalent qualification validated by the Department of Health.

        Demonstrated competence in the relevant care groups.

        At least 60 days of supervised clinical placements or post-qualification supervised work experience.

        Expertise in assessing and diagnosing ADHD and ASD.

        Excellent administration and organizational skills.

        Ability to work collaboratively in a team and a willingness to share ideas and learn from others.

        Fluent English (Level B2 Advanced or above).


Desirable:

Membership in the Psychological Society of Ireland Special Interest Group in Neurodiversity.

Chartered Member of the Psychological Society of Ireland.
