About the Role:

• Full-Time Hours: Available for full-time shifts.
• On-Site Position: Must be on location in Donegal Town.
• Flexible Availability: Our call centre operates Monday to Saturday, so weekend availability is essential.
• Sales Focused: Handle both inbound and outbound calls, aiming to exceed sales quotas and generate promising leads.
• Customer Relations: Manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering solid relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Target Driven: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
