We are Hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 - Day Care Oncology for our Hospital client in Dublin. Full-time/Permanent contract
 Responsibilities 
  • The role entails directing and coordinating the daily operations of patient care within the unit.
  • Conducting thorough analyses of workloads and skill requirements is essential to effectively meet the needs of patients' care.
  • Evaluate the competencies of staff members and assign patient care responsibilities accordingly.
  • It is crucial to familiarize oneself with hospital policies regarding the secure administration of cytotoxic preparations.
  •  Assists with patient care as needed.



Requirements
  • Be enrolled in the NMBI's general division of the nurse registry.
  • Possess at least two years of experience working in an acute setting after registering.
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Oncology, or its equivalent.
  • Possess a minimum of one year's experience in management.
  • Accomplished a management training course.
