Full Training Given - Flexible Hours

A unique opportunity to join the waiting team at Markree Castle. This position would be suitable for applicants looking for flexible working hours. Experience is an advantage but full service training would be given.

Shifts range from 6-10 hours per day and are generally from 7am or 8am to 3pm or 4pm.

Considerations before applying:

• It is essential that you have transport arranged before applying for this position.
• You must be available to work 2 midweek shifts minimum ( Sunday to Thursday )

Purpose of banquet staff

• As Markree castle, is an exclusive use property, your responsibility as a breakfast and banqueting porter will be to provide professional care and attention to our guests
• To ensure breakfast service in keeping with the standard expected from our guests .
• Set up and mis en place of function suites and wedding events.
• Communicate with guests in a professional manner and notify management of any complaints or feedback.
• Work as part of a team.
