Now in its third generation the Molloy Group consists of 7 specialists off licences, Molloys Bar & Grill, The Station Restaurant and The Gallops Pub. Today we employ over 130 passionate and energetic staff who are the life and soul of our business. We pride ourselves in our trained team and the high standard of customer service we provide. 

The Station Restaurant in Molloy's Bar & Grill is well known as the best place in Tallaght to go for good food and fun

We now have an opportunity for a Senior Chef de Partie to join our talented and hardworking team. We are looking for applicants with a passion for great food and a flair for presentation and understanding of customers needs.
