A busy accounting firm in Co. Kildare is seeking an adaptable and driven Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant with prior practice experience. This position is ideal for someone who can efficiently manage multiple tasks and provide excellent support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality bookkeeping services and client advice
  • Prepare and review monthly management accounts
  • Handle VAT returns and payroll processing
  • Manage monthly creditors list
  • Provide operational support to clients
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within an accounting practice
  • Experience managing multiple clients, including management accounts, payroll, and VAT
