Job Title: Maintenance Lead

Location: Dublin 15

Schedule: Monday to Friday, On-site with Flexible Start Times

About the Role:

Our client, a leading food producer in Ireland, are seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to join our busy food production facility in Dublin 15. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the production facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team. Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained to the highest standards to avoid production downtime. Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules. Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment as needed. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Collaborate with the operations team to support production goals. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide training and development for maintenance staff.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in a maintenance role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, ideally with both electrical and mechanical experience Relevant electrical or mechanical qualification Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations. Relevant technical qualifications are advantageous.
