Sky Staffing Solutions is seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff on behalf of our client, a luxurious property located in County Waterford.
About the Role:
As part of the bar team, you will provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience in a refined and welcoming setting. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and upholding the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to guests in accordance with the property’s luxury standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests efficiently and courteously.
- Support the team during busy periods, ensuring smooth service operations.
About You:
- Previous experience as bar staff in a hospitality or luxury setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
