The Group is experiencing significant growth due to its focus on off-site construction methods of delivering turnkey projects, meaning on-site construction time is kept to a minimum.


Role Description

We are seeking a BIM Engineer to work on various projects in the Healthcare, Industry, Municipal, Pharma and Data Centre Sectors. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Accurate BIM MEP modelling
  • Develop accurate 2D from BIM model
  • Create Revit families
  • Coordination and clash assessments and reports
  • Liaising with design teams, clients, architects, surveyors, engineers, and project manager.
  • Assisting engineers and senior managers with drawings and blueprints
  • Involvement in multiple projects simultaneously


Requirements

Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a high level of energy. This individual must be capable of independent and teamwork environments. This position demands an individual with a strong detail-oriented work style, excellent English oral and written, communication skills, and an accommodating and proactive attitude. Additional qualifications required include:

 

  • Minimum relevant NFQ Level 6 qualification
  • 2-3 year's experience in a similar role on large scale MEP projects
  • Proficient in the use of 2D/3D CAD, Navisworks and Revit
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Must exhibit strong organisational skills and strong detail-oriented work style, as well as an accommodating and proactive attitude
  • Work in a multi-disciplinary team in developing conceptual, feasibility, and final designs for a wide variety of water treatment projects
  • Strong detail-oriented work style, and an accommodating and proactive attitude
  • IT Literate and Microsoft Office programs, including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Proficiency in MS Project is an advantage
  • All necessary EU work permits


This is a permanent position based in Bray, Co. Wicklow with remote working options.
