ARKET is a new brand within the H&M group and will be a modern-day market, offering products for men, women, children and the home. Stores will also include a café in most locations. The name means “sheet of paper” in Swedish and both refers to our origin in the Nordic tradition of functional, long-lasting design and symbolises the blank sheet of creative possibilities. Job Description

We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser who wants to be a part of driving the success for a new brand. 
We are convinced that a high level of customer service combined with our wish to provide a true brand experience, will grow brand sales and profitability. The Visual Merchandiser will be a key player in creating excellent customer service levels and brand experience in the store. 

As Visual Merchandiser you will be responsible for growing sales by delivering excellent customer service and creating an appealing store environment. You will present our products according to guidelines in an inspiring and commercial way. Some responsibilities include: 

implement guidelines correctly and finished on time through planning and routines 

evaluate and develop visual knowledge among sales advisors 

constantly share knowledge and develop others to support brand expansion and succession 

Qualifications

The role requires the ability to plan, organise and prioritise work to achieve goals. You are flexible, able to implement guidelines and adapt them to different circumstances. 

As a person you are communicative and have a positive attitude. You have a genuine fashion interest and you’re able to translate this into relevant commercial actions. You have minimum two years of customer service experience within the retail industry along with good English skills.
