Our role

Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, the Early Careers Team Lead plays a key role in implementing the early careers programme of the Forvis Mazars People Strategy. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for interns and graduates, focusing on attracting and engaging top, diverse talent to our firm. They will be responsible for developing and building on our existing programme and leading our high-performing early careers team.

Who you are

You are a passionate talent acquisition professional, with experience in early careers recruitment and graduate programmes, preferably in professional services You have a strong track record in developing early careers talent and recruitment strategies You have great communication skills and are highly responsive to candidates and hiring partners ensuring an excellent recruitment experience You are highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines You have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment You are technically proficient and have extensive experience working with recruitment ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

How you will contribute

Driving implementation of the early careers programme of the Forvis Mazars People Strategy Leading the end-to-end recruitment process for early careers roles Leading and mentoring the early careers team, providing support and guidance to achieve team goals Partnering with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop appropriate recruitment strategies to identify top talent for key roles Reporting and recruitment analytics, providing insights on market trends and best practices Promoting diversity and inclusion within our early careers programmes Assisting in the development of early careers recruitment marketing campaigns Building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions Leading training initiatives in early careers e.g. interview training Overseeing the annual graduate recruitment campaign and continuously identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance the candidate experience Using data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in hiring Managing the early careers applicant tracking system (ATS) Liaising with internal stakeholders to develop a variety of new programmes
