Short Intro and About the Job

Responsibilities:

•Working with SAP/Tekdan/Navitas systems and resolving any issues as they arise. 

•Daily reporting to investigate and resolve issues. 

•Ensure that Monthly Stock Reconciliations take place.

•Ensure all SOP’s are updated in line with DANgo regulations and procedures and that these are communicated and adhered to. 

•Daily management of IDOC issues. 

•Resolution of in transit problems with reference to intercompany flows. 

•Work closely with level 1/level 2 to resolve any system related issues

•WISE, Tekdan, SAP UAT/simulation testing

•Liaise with the Supply Chain department to resolve any issues related to shipments and inbound deliveries. 

•Manage Customer returns / Supplier Returns ensuring systems are aligned and stock graded. 

•Manage Raw material flows Inbound & outbound between plants ( Intercompany flows)

•Work with internal control on audit related matters.

•Working with systems such as Wise, Tekdan and SAP, responsible for stock adjustments and alignment

•Manage raw materials in off site locations. 

•For inter-company flows – ensure that the correct transactions take place.

•Proficient in the use of MS Office tools 

•Proficient numerical ability to record interpret and analyse key process data

•Group and Individual Training skills 

•SAP, Tekdan, Guardian & WISE experience

The Themis Administrator reports to the Logistics Manager and is responsible for monitoring systems and stock movements within the Warehouse in Danone Macroom and Downey’s system environment.
