Overview: 

We are currently seeking an Electrical Instrumentation Technician to join our team at our premises in Breedon Cement Kinnegad.The job holder will report to the electrical line manager for all project and department goals and objectives. They will ne encouraged to bring forth new ides which will improve operational efficiencies, safety levels and given adequate time and resources to execute those ideas.
Key Responsibilities
As an Electrical Instrumentation Technician, you will be responsible for: Maintaining analytical equipment Preventive maintenance Drafting Electrical DrawingsShift cover for annual LeaveScope project resources before executionInspection of equipment to ensure H&S requirements are fulfilledCommissioning electrical projectsWorking Conditions: Working conditions infrequently involve some physical exertion, exposure to the elements or hazards inherent in the jobAbility to work with people from diverse cultures and network across industry.
What we need from you
>2 years electrical maintenance or installation experience in a fixed-plant environment (preferably heavy engineering).Knowledge of industrial instrumentation installation and maintenance.Experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC’s of benefit.Experience in motor control circuits of benefit.Experience in HV motors & HV switchgearCalibration of pressure, temperature, level & analytical equipment Experience in weighing instrumentation & calibration
