We have an exciting opportunity for 'Finance Graduate' to join our growing Finance Team.
The role
We are an open organisation where everyone is expected to contribute, and we all hold ourselves accountable. You will be detail-oriented, highly numerate and take great pride in your work. You approach problems with a positive mindset, proactively resolve issues that naturally arise and strive to continually improve our financial control environment.
You will gain experience on the job across the various functions of Finance Department, where you'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals, and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
As well as on-the-job learning, you'll be studying with a professional body in accounting on the path to being a fully qualified accountant. Providing rotational assignments is a key part of the role, you'll gain a wider perspective.
Your day -to- day
First 9 months with TitanHQ: Accounts Receivable Professional
In this role, you will be required to review account information, correct discrepancies, and ensure that accounts are properly billed and that payments are collected. It will also involve Monthly KPI Reporting and analysis of our working capital ratios. The intern will be exposed to other elements of a technology SaaS business such as Sales Operations and Renewals & Cancellations.
Months 10-18: Accounts Payable Professional
You will move onto accounts payable and treasury functions within the finance department, where you will be responsible for handling our company's bills and managing our accounts payable ledgers. You will be tasked with receiving, opening, and logging invoices on the ledger, as well as other duties like bank reconciliation, accounts payable invoice and data entry, and expense report handling.
Months 19-24: Financial and Management Reporting
The selected associate will aid the Financial Controller and Financial Planning & Analysis team to create forward-looking financial information and financial analysis used to support decision making for the Company. This role requires significant interaction with senior level executives within the company
What you bring to the team
+1 year's experience in a similar role
Third level qualification in Business or Accounting
Leadership/self-starting capabilities, collaboration skills, creativity and strategic analysis are important.
Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non- academic activities.
a good command of Microsoft Office and are a fast learner when it comes to new IT products
the ability stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal skills
