The role requires a candidate who will be:

Highly analytical and digitally curious, with an ability to own projects and work as part of a team, bringing passion to the role every day.

 

Key Accountabilities:

     Personalisation of user journey

     Content and user segmentation

     Campaign development and user journey analysis

     Cross-sell, upsell, new product opportunity analysis

     Digital merchandising

     AB testing

     UX optimisation

     Content updates and maintenance

     Navigation enhancements and recommendations

     Performance and functionality suggestions

 

Requirements:

     4+ Years' eCommerce Experience

     Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce administrative experience

       Experience working with AI eCommerce applications

       High standard of analytical skills Google Analytics, GA4 / Other

       Strong excel skills with the ability to quickly isolate data and insight

     Successfully delivers messages to all levels of the business and stakeholders achieving the desired effect.
