What You'll Do:

  • Lead with Passion: Inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding culinary
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Team Development: Hire, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Financial Management: Manage kitchen budgets, optimise costs, and drive sales through innovative marketing strategies and exceptional service.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of HACCP
  • A passion for food, culinary art and a flair for new twists to dishes.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
