The ACI Card and Merchant Management (CMM) product line provides industry-leading products to enable financial institutions to effectively manage transactions through the card payment lifecycle. These products are utilized by card acquirers, issuers, and institutions connecting to the card vendor clearing networks (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX . This role is for a performance engineer that is responsible for ensuring that the performance of the product and service on cloud meets specific standards and helping define those standards. Develop and maintaining performance metrics to measure system performance. Evaluate hardware to determine if it can effectively meet current needs and anticipate future needs. Analyse data from various sources including network traffic, server logs and application logs. Create and analyse benchmark reports and trends. Identify and improve on any performance issues. Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvement to ensure optimal efficiency.

  Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent software development experience 8+ years software development experience Willingness to learn, both old and new technologies, to solve problems and take the product in new directions  An attitude to take on challenges  Able to collaborate with a highly collaborative team  Good oral and written communication skills are required, including the ability to interface well with others  Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are required  Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required  Should be self-motivated and capable of working independently 

Experience with:  

Operating system knowledge, Linux/Unix  Experience using the mainframe platforms a plus  Unix shell scripting. Excellent Debugging, analytical and problem solving skills  Knowledge of performance analysis tools such as JMeter and NMon 

Good to have skills.  

Experience in the payment industry (preferably in clearing and settlement).  Good experience in cloud computing (preferably Azure).  Experience in automating and scripting
