The Stores team is responsible for processes and procedures related to Baker Hughes' receiving, storing and material handling activities within the site and to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers.

Partner with the best

The Material Handler will be reliable, self-motivated & reactive, and work on their own or with others to meet deadlines. Duties include tasks related to receiving, putting away, picking and issuing material to the production floor.

As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring high standards of HSE are maintained

Receive inbound shipments (vans and trucks), using forklift when required.

Receiving and processing orders using administrative software tools (SAP)

Completing daily cycle counts

Kitting work orders and issue to the production floor.

Performing ad-hoc warehouse duties as required to support the business.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have some warehouse experience interacting with multiple teams, handling physical parts and understanding material handling

Have a good quality and HSE mindset approaching processes and procedures in a warehouse environment

Have a Health and Safety driven mindset and practical, pragmatic approach to hands on problem solving

Have some exposure or experience using SAP ; advantageous but not essential (enthusiasm to learn these tools would be well received )
