About theSales Support Associate:

We are seeking an individual who is keen to develop a career in sales or customer service. You will be representing one of our key clients here at MarketStar, one of the top three fin tech companies in the world.Your primary responsibilities will be to handle incoming calls and efficiently direct them to the appropriate department oradvise of the steps the customer can follow to resolve their query. Location:Hybrid, Leopardstown, Dublin 18 (Tuesday & Thursday in office)

What Will You Do?:

Inbound Calls/Emails:Manager incoming calls and emails from existing or new customers. Gather necessary information while determining the nature of their requirement. Resolve queries through necessary content or redirect inbound requests to the necessary team. 

Routing: Effectively route leads or calls to the appropriate department or team based on the nature of the inquiry or request. Ability to identify potential salesopportunitiesand route tothesales team. 

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns with courtesy, patience, and a customer-centric approach.Providefollow-up if needed to ensure a positive customer experience. 

Data Entry: Data entry and administration duties when required.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth transitions and follow-up. 

What Will You Need to Succeed?

Motivated, positiveprofessional keen to make an impact in a scaling business.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 

Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset. 

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously. 

Experience working in a sales environmentis a bonus.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.

Languages: English & Spanish is a must.

The pay for this position is basic salary per annum of €32,000. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
