Depositary Analyst

Reports to Depositary Manager

The purpose of this position is to assist with the routine day-to-day functions of the Aztec depositary services offering under the direction of a Depositary Manager.

Key responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day provision of depositary services to a portfolio of existing and prospective clients Work with the Depositary Team and the Depositary Manager to facilitate effective and efficient service delivery while maintaining excellent client relationships Assist with the delivery of daily cash reconciliation obligations and sourcing of relevant supporting documentation Support the collation of information supporting investment holdings and periodic reconfirmations Develop a sound understanding of our clients’ funds with a view to preparing periodic reports on our depositary activity Maintain accurate fund accounting records and fund documentation records on SharePoint Support the Depositary Manager in the on-going training, development and management of trainees

Skills, knowledge, expertise:

The successful candidate will have a suitable qualification in Finance or relevant discipline. Minimum of 2 years Depositary experience. An overall knowledge of Luxembourg/Irish funds and key regulatory requirements. Strong analytical, organisational skills. Computer literacy skills are essential
