About the role

An exciting opportunity has opened up in our Finance Team The role provides excellent exposure to senior management strategic matters as well as affording enhancement of key regulatory experience and skills across CRR, IFR/IFD and ICAAP. In the role, the successful candidate will: 

Support the production and enhancement of the Firm’s regulatory submissions for the main entity and relevant subsidiaries. Lead the continued integration and development of the Firm’s regulatory reporting requirements across a number of frameworks. Responsible for preparation of CBI/JST Resolution regulatory submissions. Prepare ad hoc reporting and project requests from other internal functions and Regulators as necessary. Stay up to date on regulatory developments and changes to regulatory reporting obligations. Ensuring data quality and assurance across all reporting activities. Work closely with related functions (Group Financial & Statutory Accounting, Operations, Risk and Compliance) as appropriate to ensure consistent reporting. Comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role.

Requirements

About you

We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills: 

2+ years Regulatory/Financial reporting experience in a Financial Services organisation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Must be numerically accurate with an excellent attention to detail, and strong Excel skills. Confident self-starter with the ability to be pro-active and work on own initiative. Comfortable working to deadlines. Knowledge of capital, financial, statistical or liquidity reporting requirements. Prior experience in the production of Prudential reporting in a Credit Institution or Investment Firm would be advantageous. Knowledge of ICAAP would be beneficial.
