Job Summary

Join NetApp's Data Services team and revolutionize data protection and governance

As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you'll shape the future of our cutting-edge products like Cloud Backup Service, SnapCenter, and Disaster Recovery as a Service. Collaborate with field experts, engineers, and customers to unlock the full potential of our Data Protection offerings. By aligning customer needs with company priorities, you'll enhance storage infrastructure and drive the growth of subscription services.

Essential functions:

  • Lead pre and post-sales tech enablement for exceptional deal success and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct hands-on testing and co-author captivating use-case documentation
  • Create dynamic content for engaging trade show and conference presentations
  • Provide technical expertise for internal training and act as a customer/partner liaison
  • Drive early access programs to ensure smooth feature adoption
  • Influence product design and prioritization through comprehensive insights
  • Collaborate with engineering and product management for innovative designs
  • Conduct market analysis to inform strategic product decisions
Job Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Data Protection solutions, including disaster recovery solutions, and hyperscaler experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Good understanding of a virtualization infrastructure (VMware, KVM, Hyper-V), deployment of datastore for VM provisioning on various type of storage media
  • Hands-on experience with NetApp ONTAP is a huge advantage
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of a database or VM administrator lifecycle. 
  • Customer-centric mindset, adept at understanding and resolving customer problems.
  • Advantageous experience working in globally distributed teams.
  • Proven expertise in navigating and conquering complex problem-solving scenarios.
