Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Dental Ceramist - Ceramic Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in layering ceramic work, with expertise in finishing full arch cases. Creativity and proficiency in the MIYO staining technique, as well as the ability to effectively layer porcelain onto metal substrates, are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Layer ceramic materials to achieve lifelike and natural-looking dental restorations.
• Finish full arch cases to the highest standards of aesthetics and functionality.
• Utilize the MIYO staining technique to enhance the colour and translucency of ceramic restorations.
• Collaborate closely with dentists and other members of the dental team to ensure optimal fit, form, and function of restorations.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the fabrication process to achieve exceptional results.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in ceramic materials, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Dental Ceramist specializing in ceramic layering and finishing.
• Proficiency in the MIYO staining technique and the ability to create natural-looking shade gradients.
• Experience with layering porcelain onto metal substrates, including coping design and porcelain build-up.
• Creativity and artistic flair to produce aesthetically pleasing dental restorations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
