About Us: Harvest Homemade Cafe, part of the Sheraton Athlone Hotel, is renowned for its exceptional guest experience and mouth-watering carvery. We are looking for a dynamic, fun, and enthusiastic Carvery Chef to join our team and elevate our guest experience. 

Your Role: As our Front of House Carvery Chef, you will be the star of our carvery station, engaging with guests, and ensuring every meal is presented beautifully. You will bring your carving skills and passion for food to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. 

Ideal Candidate: 

• Chef De Partie or Demi Chef De Partie with 2 to 4 years of carvery experience. 
• Strong personality with excellent guest care skills. 
• Enthusiastic about food presentation and passionate about hospitality. 
• Flexible and ready to deliver an outstanding guest experience. 
• Fluent English
