Your responsibilities include inspiring and guiding a team of deli assistants to ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales, elevate customer service, and meet departmental KPIs 
• Provide leadership, motivation, and empowerment to the deli team 
• Maintain elevated deli standards 
• Conduct regular stock assessments to identify potential profit loss issues 
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures

• Previous experience overseeing a deli in a high-traffic store 
• Strong leadership and people management skills 
• Effective decision-making capabilities 
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities 
• Proven track record of achieving sales, margin, and waste reduction targets
