Pharmacy Administration Assistant - McCartans Pharmacy, Donaghmede SC.

Our Donaghmede pharmacy has a brand new store fit-out complete with state of the art dispensing robot.

As a Pharmacy Administration Assistant you will be responsible for all administration of the dispensary, tasks include;

- Date checking stock

- Ordering stock from different suppliers

- Checking and authorizing all invoices

- Completing Vaccine forms and paperwork

- Filing large volumes of prescriptions

- Verification of all prescriptions for the PCRS monthly claim

- Keeping the dispensary clean and tidy

- Answering phone and email enquiries and taking prescription requests

This role will be 3-4 days per week, Over Monday - Sunday.

** Training on Pharmacy specifics will be provided.
