The Food & Beverage Assistant is an exciting temporary role that aims to ensure all our guests have a wonderful experience and enjoy excellent service during the busy festive period.


About Us

Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is a luxury estate, nestled in 21 acres of lush green Meath countryside. The Georgian mansion which welcomes visitors today was originally built in 1764, on the same site as the original castle. Dunboyne Castle was acquired by Mr. Thomas Roggla in December 2022. The hotel joined his collection of luxury Irish hotels forming the TMR Hotel Collection, including Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort, Harvey's Point, Mount Wolseley & Aghadoe Heights. Role & Responsibilities

All our team pride themselves in offering exceptional guest service to ensure we always go above our service standards. Your role with us will include:

  • Providing efficient, prompt, trouble free, and courteous service while serving and setting tables
  • Paying close attention to any allergy requirements of our guests and providing the correct meals/drinks
  • Providing service during busy Christmas Party Nights
  • Be available to work during the evenings for Christmas parties Thursday through to Sunday for November & December
  • Work on Christmas day may be required
  • Be flexible and adapt to changing environment and demand of a busy workplace


Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year experience in a busy Food & Beverage environment
  • The ideal candidate must be available to work work during the evenings for Christmas parties Thursday through to Sunday for November & December. Working during Christmas may be required.
  • The contract will be for a fixed term period. Candidates must be available for an immediate start & legally able to serve alcohol and work past 11pm due to the nature of the events we are hiring for.
