You’ll be a key player in the development and tracking of the annual audit plan, management actions and area’s objectives.

Based in Dublin, you’ll have the chance to make an impact, to collaborate with key stakeholders, and drive value while embracing a hybrid work style, with 3 days/week in the office.  As well as offering hybrid work, we also offer other great benefits such as a yearly bonus, 53rd week payment (extra weeks’ pay in December), health care and life insurance plus more. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Audit Program Development: Assist in creating and executing a comprehensive audit program to evaluate internal controls and address relevant risks.
  • Engage in Audit Procedures: Perform audit procedures, including issue identification, evidence review, and process documentation using relevant tools.
  • Effective Communication: Contribute to clear communication of audit findings and recommendations to management.
  • Follow-Up and Monitoring: Ensure timely completion of management actions based on audit findings. Lead action plan monitoring with the Internal Audit Director and business stakeholders.
  • Continuous Learning and Data Analysis: Stay informed about industry best practices, while conducting data analysis to support audit findings and recommendations.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • A bachelor’s degree and previous experience within a complex business structure.
  • A strong understanding of business operating models and knowledge of industry’s standards and regulations.
  • The ability to work independently and make well-reasoned decisions.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to drive processes.
