• Deliver high-quality radiation therapy treatments to patients in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Plan and administer radiation therapy sessions using advanced equipment and techniques.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior therapists, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
• Collaborate closely with oncologists, physicists, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualised treatment plans.
• Monitor patient's progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is completed to the highest standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the department.

• Degree in Radiation Therapy or equivalent qualification.
• Registration with CORU.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and handle complex cases with compassion and professionalism.
• Knowledge of the latest developments and technologies in radiation therapy.
