Job Description

Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.

Take ownership of the Onboarding Process 

Assisting with recruitment from preparation of job description and advertisement to screening CVs.

Keep record of Absenteeism (Sick Leave, Annual Leave & Maternity Leave) on our HR system

Manage the HR inbox

Maintain digital copies of employees' records

Assist with HR projects.

Any other Ad Hoc duties as required.

Support graduate programmes

Training Coordination:

Works collaboratively within the HR Team to assist with training bookings, training reconciliation, training hours and maintaining training records.

Take ownership of our internal LMS (Learning Management System), promoting and assigning training to employees.

Ensure that the training record form is completed for all Health & Safety training.

Operations Support: 

Provide support and assistance to other departments as and when requested Sales, Service, Finance, Engineering, etc.

Travel Management System - Assist with travel bookings

Qualifications

Education:

Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent

Minimum Experience:

Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a similar role. Graduate applications welcome also

Skills & Experience:

Knowledge of labour legislation

Strong IT and system skills

Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills

Problem solving attitude
