 The Role:

  • Be responsible for your own dedicated geographical region of North Dublin.
  • Be responsible for managing all aspects of your clients care.
  • Carrying out duties such as, service reviews, updating care plans, conducting risk assessments.
  • Ensuring we are delivering the highest quality standard of care to our clients.
  • Provide support to the Care team who are responsible for providing the highest quality of home care to your clients.
  • Devise care plans and work closely with the scheduling team to ensure the appropriate care team member is assigned to each client.
  • Ongoing support to our care team through supervision, competency reviews and staff engagement.
  • Carry out Quality Assurance visits, ensuring that the client's needs are met.
  •  Working with own initiative and reporting to the Care Manager.

Requirements:

        1 year's previous experience in a supervisory role in home care/healthcare setting required.

  • Full clean driving licence
  • QQI Level 6 (Major Award) in Healthcare Supervisory Management  
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment.
  • Superb organisational skills, ability to prioritise workload and multi-task.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to use initiative and work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in addition to the ability to work independently and manage own time.
  • Fluent English speaker and permission to work full time in Ireland.
