Job Description:
Our client’s luxurious property in Co Mayo is seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join their prestigious bar team. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, delivering exceptional service, and creating memorable experiences for guests. This role involves mixing cocktails, serving beverages, and providing knowledgeable recommendations while ensuring that the bar is well-stocked and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, signature drinks, and wine.
• Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere while engaging with guests to enhance their experience.
• Take orders accurately and ensure prompt service, adhering to the property’s high standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and managing inventory.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handle transactions and process payments accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-end or luxury setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
